€6 standard, tracked. Order by 6pm for next-day nationwide.
Timing
- Dublin 2-hour delivery runs around the clock; we will text you when your rider is on the way.
- Nationwide orders are dispatched next working day and are tracked to the door.
- You can schedule a specific date and time slot at checkout.
If we cannot deliver
If no one is home, our rider will leave your bouquet in a safe place or with a neighbour where possible, and let you know. Because our bouquets are dried, they come to no harm waiting for you.
Returns and damaged items
- Our dried bouquets are made to order, so we cannot accept returns of the right item simply because you changed your mind.
- If your bouquet arrives damaged or faulty, send a photo to hello@emeraldpetals.com within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you.
- This does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.
